Social Responsibility is registered Voluntary Organization - NGO [Trust N0- Reg N0 – 795/2015/Pune] working on various social initiatives from last 7 years.

We are a team of vibrant and young professionals dedicated & committed to society, environment and community development. We provide services to transform and build environment and restore the nature. Our expertise ranges from NGO Capacity Building, Rural Development, Women Empowerment, CSR, Health Awareness, Human Waste Management, and Developing the Energy Sources for the future.

Our team have wide-ranging backgrounds and complementary skills, united by their pride in their work and their passion for solving clients’ problems.

To be a knowledge execution partner of corporates, Voluntary organizations, Villagers, Schools, NGOs, and Government agencies to develop and deploy social programs. To self empower the disadvantaged segment of community, including all men, women and children, by enhancing their skills and knowledge in health, nutrition, education, rural development and provide socio economic support and solutions.

Our Social Work

Work Report

  • Deciding the direction of social work by getting inspiration and guidance from sociological experts and senior social activists.
  • Felicitation programme for social workers- since 12 January 2014:-
    Every year, Social Responsibility group felicitates social workers and NGOs by bestowing upon them rewards such as Lifetime Achievement, Vivekanand Yuva Ratna, Jijau Ratna and so on. They are felicitated on the occasions of the group’s anniversary, and birth anniversaries of Swami Vivekanand and Maa Jijau. The objective of this activity is to support the individuals who work for society and to convey their work to the society at large.
  • Organization of Entrepreneurship Guidance Workshop :-
    Various entrepreneurship workshops have been organized for unemployed youth and women. Thorough this, guidance was provided to around 800 deserving individuals.
  • Coordination of the Work Exhibition of 100 NGOs organized by Art of Living on 19 April 2017 :-
    Art of Living’s Jeevan Sarita Maha Satsanga had organized a Work Introduction Exhibition for more than 100 NGOs in the auspicious presence of Revered Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji and Hon. Prakash Jawadekar, Cabinet Minister, MHRD. The objective of this programme was to create a platform for NGOs and activists so that NGOs can be empowered.
  • Organisation of Monthly Meetings of NGOs and social workers- 2014 :-
    Various activities are planned in these meetings with an objective to empowering the NGOs and social workers. Several officers in Civil Services, CSR representatives, political leaders, donors and NGO volunteers have participated in these meetings, and their cooperation is proving useful for NGO empowerment mission.   • 15 August 2017- Organisation of CSR Conference and Release of the book introducing the work of 501 NGOs in Maharashtra A book introducing the work of 501 NGOs in Maharashtra was released in order to encourage the work of NGOs. Also the first CSR Conference was organized for the NGOs in Maharashtra. On this occasion, a special discussion session on CSR was organized for social workers and company representatives. The event was marked by the resolution to organise guidance and training camps for small NGOs in order to avail CSR to them.
  • NGO Connect Workshop- 2-3 December 2017
    A two- day workshop was arranged in collaboration with MIT School of Government at World Peace University, Pune. 365 NGOs in Maharashtra participated in this workshop. NGOs working on the common issues exchanged ideas with each other and further direction was decided.
    Drought Relief Work and CSR Projects Visits.
  • Organisation of various activities for Rural Development :-
    Computer equipment were distributed to school- going students, with an objective of rural development. Yoga and Helthcare camps were organized for the students and citizens in rural area. Various programmes are being organized to empower farmers.
  • Waste Management Internship Programme :-
    Social Responsibility group initiated an internship programme for waste management for the first time, in collaboration with MahaNGO Federation and Nila Polycast Baction, 40 individuals participated in the first phase of this initiative. They were given 2 days training regarding waste management. In future, an awareness workshop on waste management will be organised for 2 lakh students from 400 schools in Maharashtra.

  • Arogya Mitra- Implementation of health-awareness activities to resolve the healthcare problems of students, youth and other citizens

  • Atmanirbhar Gram- Service to farmers, rural women, and students for the holistic development a nature-centric village

  • Veda Seva Samiti- Research and publicity of 5000 years old Indian culture, Ayurveda and Vedic system

  • Gow-samvardhan Mahasangh- Training and publicity of activities regarding the conservation of cows, production of Panchagavya, natural farming and other animal foods

  • Atmanirbhar Yuvak Abhiyan- Workshops and other activities for skil development, holistic development and self- reliance of youth.

  • Future plans

  • To organise training sessions on the topics Medical Examination and Health Awareness in order to boost the immunity of students and citizens.
  • CSR Fund Raising for NGOs and needy Governmental initiatives and to coordinate and guide the same.
  • Youth for Nation- to work for self-reliant and holistic development of youth.
  • To work for conservation of Indian cows, and to promote the manufacturing and usage of Panchagavya and medicines.
  • To conduct research on the 5000 years old Indian culture, science and traditions and initiate the activities in public interest through Veda Seva Samiti.
  • To work on Village Development (Gram Vikas) project under Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan.
  • To implement the initiatives such as medicinal herbs entrepreneurship, environmental conservation and plant conservation.
  • To implement various initiatives for creating employment for urban and rural youth and women under Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan.
  • To work on rural entrepreneurship, rural development, Farmer Producer Group, Self-help Groups.
  • To organise guidance and activity sessions on waste management.
