Social Responsibility is registered Voluntary Organization - NGO [Trust N0- Reg N0 – 795/2015/Pune] working on various social initiatives from last 7 years.
We are a team of vibrant and young professionals dedicated & committed to society, environment and community development. We provide services to transform and build environment and restore the nature. Our expertise ranges from NGO Capacity Building, Rural Development, Women Empowerment, CSR, Health Awareness, Human Waste Management, and Developing the Energy Sources for the future.

by enhancing their skills and knowledge in health, nutrition, education, rural development and provide socio economic support and solutions.
Our Social Work
Work Report
Every year, Social Responsibility group felicitates social workers and NGOs by bestowing upon them rewards such as Lifetime Achievement, Vivekanand Yuva Ratna, Jijau Ratna and so on. They are felicitated on the occasions of the group’s anniversary, and birth anniversaries of Swami Vivekanand and Maa Jijau. The objective of this activity is to support the individuals who work for society and to convey their work to the society at large.
Various entrepreneurship workshops have been organized for unemployed youth and women. Thorough this, guidance was provided to around 800 deserving individuals.
Art of Living’s Jeevan Sarita Maha Satsanga had organized a Work Introduction Exhibition for more than 100 NGOs in the auspicious presence of Revered Gurudev Sri Sri Ravishankar Ji and Hon. Prakash Jawadekar, Cabinet Minister, MHRD. The objective of this programme was to create a platform for NGOs and activists so that NGOs can be empowered.
Various activities are planned in these meetings with an objective to empowering the NGOs and social workers. Several officers in Civil Services, CSR representatives, political leaders, donors and NGO volunteers have participated in these meetings, and their cooperation is proving useful for NGO empowerment mission. A two- day workshop was arranged in collaboration with MIT School of Government at World Peace University, Pune. 365 NGOs in Maharashtra participated in this workshop. NGOs working on the common issues exchanged ideas with each other and further direction was decided.
Drought Relief Work and CSR Projects Visits.
Computer equipment were distributed to school- going students, with an objective of rural development. Yoga and Helthcare camps were organized for the students and citizens in rural area. Various programmes are being organized to empower farmers.
Social Responsibility group initiated an internship programme for waste management for the first time, in collaboration with MahaNGO Federation and Nila Polycast Baction, 40 individuals participated in the first phase of this initiative. They were given 2 days training regarding waste management. In future, an awareness workshop on waste management will be organised for 2 lakh students from 400 schools in Maharashtra.
